Six Degrees of Separation (Or Less) - Paul Pacque

While I was recovering from this morning event, a friendly face asked in well spoken English: 'Looking at your son's Orienteering Top are you from Tasmania in Australia?'

After I acknowledged that we where from Tasmania, he then asked: 'Do you know Paul Pacque?'

And I replied 'Yes, if you orienteer in Tasmania, it's hard to not to know Paul as he is a well respected member of our community.

After swapping some stories and anecdotes, I asked him his name.
He joking said: 'His Swiss Friend, and when is coming back to Switzerland race again'

So Paul, who is this masked man?
