Jessie's Road Trip - Paris to Copenhagen

As previously mentioned, Jessie's whirl-wind tour will be on the go, and  as you can see below there won't be much time for rest.
The aim will be to visit as many places as she can in the time she has, and hopefully cheer on Brodie & Amy (Tasmanians) at the Junior World Orienteering Championships in Kosice.

London Pass and Paris Pass

By some hard done research by Jake, I've found the London pass and the Paris pass. The passes are a card that gives you free access and skip the line tickets to lots of tourist must-sees in London. It's 74 pounds per person for one of these cards, but Dad had Mum up late at night making sure we get more out of it then we spent on it. Some of the sights we get to see are
: Chelsea FC stadium, Windsor Castle, the Tower of London, the Louvre, the Arc de Triomphe and more. So all in all it may cost a bit but we'll save some money and skip the lines which is probably good for dad and his ADHD.

The Plan So Far!!

In general the plan is to go car camping through out as much of Europe as we can, sleeping at camping grounds most nights, but if the weather turns nasty we will be heading to the nearest affordable accommodation for shelter.

As most of you know Jessie will only be with us for 4 weeks during her break from university. Prior to her arrival, the rest of us will car camp around the UK. Then we will join up with Jessie for a 4 Day Whirl-wind tour of London, and then another 4 Day Whirl-wind tour of Paris before picking up our lease car and heading off to start the rest of our tour.

From Paris we are planning to try and take in as many countries in the time we have available, focusing in on well know highlights until Jessie departs from Copenhagen.

After Jessie departs we are heading off to Sweden for the biggest Orienteering event in the world:O-ringen. 

Hopefully by then we will have gained enough knowledge to plan out the rest of our holiday where-ever it may take us.

The Journey Begins

Welcome to Westysclan European Tour, with exactly four weeks until we fly to Europe we are starting to get pretty excited about it all. Thanks to Cathy McComb we have managed to have this webpage to share some of our adventures while we are away.Hopefully in the lead up to our departure we will be able to bring you up to-date with our itinerary and other activities.
